This policy explains what information Are Peptides Legal? collects when you read the site or write to us, and what we do with it. We aim to handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Reading the site
We do not ask you to sign in, and pages work without any script. We measure readership with a self-hosted, cookie-free analytics tool that records pages viewed, approximate location derived from the network address, browser type, and which outbound links are followed. Analytics cookies are switched off, so no tracking cookie is placed on your device. We use these figures only in aggregate, to see which pages are read and where they fall short.
Our host, Cloudflare, processes the network address of every visitor in order to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, and may keep short-term logs for that purpose.
Fonts and headlines
Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google’s servers and Google receives your network address. The regulation wire on the front page is assembled on our server from public news feeds; your browser does not contact the news outlets until you choose to follow a headline.
Writing to us
If you email hello@arepeptideslegal.site, we receive your address and whatever you choose to write. We use it to reply and to act on corrections. We do not add you to any mailing list, and we do not sell or share correspondence. We delete correspondence when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was sent.
Links to other sites
Most links on this site go to government, regulator and journal pages, and some go to services such as Peptide Testing Australia. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
Access and correction
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to hello@arepeptideslegal.site. If you are not satisfied with our response you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
We will update this policy if our practices change and show the date of the change at the top of the page.
